The operations related to Emailing Solution are SSL protected 128 bits for the encoding of the connection between the Emailing Solution server and your navigator.
More and more users can be created with numerous levels of access (consulting / modification / creation / information), entirely set-up. The risks of interference by unauthorized people are thus eliminated
All actions are recorded, all the operations carried out by your account are counted, accompanied with information of navigation, such as the IP address of the user, the date, the hour, etc... This report will then be preserved and safeguarded on DLT tapes

Since the creation of the first platform, we always invested by putting first the data security and second the performance. Our data-processing equipment and our 40 servers are exclusively from worldwide known manufacturers (Cisco, IBM, Dell); all the servers of the tool Emailing Solution are installed in a room, of which the access is limited to authorized people only, and is protected against burglary, fire and electrical shortcuts. |

On a daily basis, all your data is automatically registered on IBM DLT 40/80 Go tape, reliability guaranteed. The backup tapes are safeguarded in a bank. |

There is no safety without a check-up and an external audit. That’s why our safety process is audited every two months by an external company specialized in computer security: Advens. To date, The Qualys tests, an on line system of network intrusion, honours us with excellent notes. |
